Bionical Solutions are looking for an experienced Client Engagement Director to join the team Key Responsibilities: · Network to identify new direct client engagements within targeted accounts, cultivating relationships to support growth, globally (excluding US) · Establish and reinforce relationships with key client stakeholders, primarily marketing, medical, and procurement teams · Keep up to date with industry changes and updates, using this knowledge support in client discussions · Lead the preparation and presentation of new business pitches · Lead client or project-related meetings and motivate colleagues to work collaboratively in progressing work · Manage pipeline, close opportunities and associated forecasting · Serve as a CRM advocate, being responsible for keeping account data clean and current · Always have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of accounts including overall responsibility for internal reporting on active, lapsed and new accounts · Communicate with internal teams to organise support for new business presentations, and transition project ownership to project management upon initiation of a project · Maintain oversight of the status of the project and ensure client satisfaction The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about Digital solutions in the pharmaceutical industry to add value, a team player and communicator, and able to understand and translate client needs and objectives into compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will also be motivated and proactive will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves to support clients and the overall business. · Education to degree level or equivalent work experience · At least 3-5 years of experience working with pharmaceutical marketing / digital teams or business developing digital / marketing services · History of demonstrated results of exceeding sales goals · Successful track record developing business at major, mid-sized and emerging pharmaceutical companies. · Ability to articulate solutions from a commercially driven business perspective · Methodical and strategic thinker · A highly collaborative team player who works well with internal teams to drive results · A laser-sharp focus on client service and delivery · A track record of being highly organised and used to dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines · Financial acumen and commercial awareness · Effective use of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Effective use and championing CRMs
