Job summary Are you a compassionate STR worker, with a passion for working with adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties? We are looking for two STR workers to join our residential mental health rehabilitation service at Huyton Core and Cluster, to deliver excellent patient care to our residents. Main duties of the job The post holder will work to assist with the continuity of care for service users within the appropriate care setting. The post holder will work from the community environment.
