Job: New Homes Sales Consultant (Shared Ownership Experience) Known internally as Sales Consultant Location: Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Huntingdon Salary: £37,565 OTE Up to £12k per annum Job Type: Permanent, Fixed Term Contract Are you an experienced sales consultant with a passion for helping people secure their dream homes? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Homes Sales Consultant with some experience in selling Shared Ownership development schemes to join our vibrant team. The Sales Consultant is a front-line representative of So Resi and MTVH and has responsibility for the delivery of the sales budget, working in multiple locations across a broad geographic area. You will be responsible for contributing to the sales delivery of Shared Ownership developments and performance across the region, with a focus on ensuring an excellent customer experience is delivered as well as health and safety requirements are upheld. You will be responsible for delivering the customer journey from Sales Launch, lead management, application processing through to completion. You will be required to efficiently engage with all key internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process. The working days for this role are Tuesday to Saturday Key Responsibilities: ? Manage the sales process for new homes, from initial inquiry to the completion of the sale ? Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and process ? Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through every step of the purchasing journey ? Develop strong relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline management ? Organize and host property viewings, ensuring a professional and informative experience for potential buyers ? Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures Essential Requirements: ? Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with affordable housing schemes ? Strong understanding of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ? Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment ? A professional and approachable manner, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service ? A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle Desirable: ? Previous experience in a similar role within a housing developer or sales agency. ?
