Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 HR Functional Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (HR) modules and experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting HR solutions using Dynamics 365. The specialist will work closely with HR and IT teams to enhance the functionality of our HR system, ensuring that it aligns with business requirements and drives operational efficiency.
Experience : 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 HR or a similar HRIS system in a functional capacity.
Experience in HR process improvement or system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities System Implementation & Configuration : Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR modules based on business requirements.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Design, configure, and deploy system changes to improve HR processes.
Process Improvement & Optimization : Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using Dynamics 365.
Enhance HR processes in areas such as employee lifecycle management, benefits, payroll, time tracking, compensation, and performance management.
System Integration & Customization : Coordinate and support the integration of Dynamics 365 HR with other business systems (e.g., finance, payroll, recruiting tools).
Provide technical expertise in configuring Dynamics 365 HR modules (e.g., Employee Experience, Leave & Absence, Benefits, Compensation Management, and Learning & Development).
Support & Training : Provide functional support for HR staff in using Dynamics 365 HR solutions.
Develop and deliver training programs for end users to ensure the effective use of the system.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Diagnose and resolve system issues and user queries in a timely manner.
Work closely with IT support teams for technical troubleshooting and escalated issues.
Documentation & Reporting : Document system configurations, process flows, and best practices for end-users.
Provide ongoing system and process improvement recommendations to leadership teams.
Generate and customize HR-related reports using Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
Skills and Qualifications Experience : Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR solutions, ideally within large or mid-sized organizations.
Experience in Human Resources processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee development, and compliance.
Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR functionalities and features.
Proficiency in system configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is an advantage.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.
Project Management : Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Human Resources Functional Consultant Associate or similar certification.
Other relevant certifications in HR systems or project management (e.g., HRIS, PMP, Agile) are a plus
Education :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
