Areas of involvement will include: Ensuring local new hire, on-boarding and off boarding administration processes are undertaken efficiently and reported correctly to external partners. Acting as first point of contact in the people function to provide confidential local support to employees and managers Carry out payroll process administration and provide wider benefits information to employees Ensuring all people forms, processes and online filing are updated and GDPR compliant Owning the local master data accuracy and archiving according to relevant compliance Maintaining all local people systems to ensure integrity and accuracy of the information Participate in global and local People Services projects and initiatives driving streamlined and digitalized people processes.
