About the Role:
As a Learner Recruitment Coordinator, you will:
Drive learner recruitment across various training programmes, ensuring recruitment KPIs are met.
Advertise employer vacancies across platforms and maintain strong relationships with employers.
Pre-screen candidates, deliver effective Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG), and match them with suitable roles and programmes.
Support learners in preparing for interviews and track their progress to ensure success.
Promote training opportunities at careers fairs and other recruitment events.Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of employer vacancies, keeping employers updated regularly.
Collaborate with referral partners and internal teams to recruit effectively.
Help learners complete initial assessments and diagnostics, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
