Responsibilities:
* Specialize in either off-plan or completed properties (sales and leasing) across selected Dubai communities or the entire UAE.
* Use best practices and innovative tools to meet sales targets and KPIs.
* Promote yourself and the company as experts in the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on professionalism, customer service, integrity, and delivering results.
* Build your personal brand by showcasing your expertise and listings on social media platforms.
* Market properties effectively using high-quality materials on property portals and social media.
* Ensure that listings are regularly updated on portals to attract qualified buyers and tenants.
* Develop strong relationships with building and community management teams for continuous updates.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and provide post-sales support to build long-lasting relationships.
* Maintain a reputation for reliability, trust, and results with customers, colleagues, and competitors.
* Guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process, ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and procedures.
Requirements:
* Strong personality with high standards of presentation.
* Self-confident, results-driven, and eager to succeed.
* A positive attitude, trustworthy demeanor, and a relentless drive to succeed.
* Willingness to work on weekends and late hours when necessary.
* Comfortable taking risks and making bold business decisions in a competitive market.
* UAE driving license preferred.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
