Full Training - Monday to Friday - OTE £37K The Opportunity We are seeking a Field Service Repair Technician to join our Laindon team. This is a varied and rewarding role, adding a lot of value to the team and business. Our customers are at the heart of Safetykleen, and our Field Service Repair Technician are vital to keeping our customers happy whilst increasing their productivity and avoiding downtime. You’ll be delivering a high level of service through attending customer sites, servicing, attending customer breakdowns and cleaning of their machines, undertaking on-site repairs, and collecting chemical waste. Job Role Attending 9-11 site visits daily servicing and maintaining our machines, replenishing cleaning solutions and removal of waste drums. Attending customer breakdowns and performing machine repairs. Collection of low hazardous waste streams. Full training provided to complete onsite repairs. Deliver excellent customer service and report any service faults with the appropriate account managers. Using hand-held tablets and CRM to manage your week and workload. Get to be out and about, meeting customers across a wide range of industries Seeking experience / skills: A clean UK Driving Licence. A Class 2 Licence desired. Someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers and building trusted relationships. Experience within the waste industry isn't necessary - full training given.
