FTS Recruitment are looking for an Admin Clerk for our customer based in Skelmersdale, WN8. You will be working as part of a team for a National Delivery Company in a brand new location in Skelmersdale.
Job Title: Transport Admin Clerk
Pay Rate: £14.86 per hour, £22.89 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours per week. Rates are inclusive of holiday pay.
Location: Skelmersdale, WN8.
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 2200pm - 0600am
Start Date: Immediate Start available
This is an ongoing position with temp to perm for the right candidate.
Job Role:
1. Rota: Working Sunday to Thursday night shift
2. Overtime available
3. You will be working as an Admin Clerk for a global supply chain.
4. You will receive full training.
5. You will receive 24-hour support from our dedicated Operations team.
Duties:
* General office duties
* Meet and greet workers and drivers
* Answering the phone and sending emails
* Booking in staff on a weekly basis
* Dealing with any queries
* Assisting the FLM
* KPI Reports
* Attendance logs / timekeeping
* Using JDA Warehouse Management systems
* All other duties as requested
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in admin required
2. Previous experience in transport is advantageous
3. MUST have experience using JDA Warehouse Management Systems

* Be over the age of 18 for insurance purposes.
* Respect all staff and vehicles.
