My client, based near Thame, is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join their team. Duties will include:
1. Handling incoming calls and emails.
2. Supporting the sales team.
3. Order taking and processing.
4. Liaising with yard staff for loading/unloading outgoing and incoming orders.
5. Assisting collection of orders by customers.
6. General administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the sales office.
To be successful in this Sales Admin Assistant role you will have:
1. Excellent communication skills with experience in a sales office and a good level of numeracy.
2. Previous experience with the building trade and a background in sales administration desired, although not essential as training will be given.
3. This role will suit someone who likes to be busy and is happy working in a sales office within an industrial space.
4. Own transport required due to location.
Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with a half hour lunch.
22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
£26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
