Essential Criteria
1. Proven experience of leading teams to deliver target-based results, including experience in performance management of staff and teams (LEAD).
2. Experience of managing risk and controls.
3. Significant experience in robust decision-making.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
5. Ability to manage change and implement process improvements.
Desirable Criteria
1. Knowledge of government support for renewable generation technologies or similar.
