Reporting to the Associate Director of Pharmacy (Clinical Services), they play a key role in delivering the Pharmacy and Sterile Services Directorate's vision by engaging their own teams and their wider divisional team to deliver our goals and objectives. You will be responsible for pharmacy services to our Surgery, Women's and Oncology Division, which consists of the following Directorates; Oncology & Haematology, Surgery, Renal Transplant & Urology, Gastroenterology, Endoscopy & Theatres, Maternity and Gynaecology. Main duties of the job The Divisional Lead Pharmacists act as role models in terms of Trust values and behaviours as well as clinical expertise. The post-holder will lead and manage, the delivery of an exemplary clinical pharmacy service to their division, in accordance with national standards and strategy.
