SENIOR AIRWORTHINESS ENGINEER

VOLUXIS is a well-established VIP/Corporate Jet AOC Operator that currently manages a fleet of 9 mid to long-range business jets offering a tailored service to our customers who may be travelling for business or leisure. The duties of this role will include:
* Establishment and development of continuing airworthiness policy, including the approval of Voluxis maintenance programs.
* Analysis of the effectiveness of the Maintenance program according to its configuration/operation and keeping it up to date.
* Ensuring the Certificate of Airworthiness for each aircraft operated by the company remains valid, including ARC issue and extension.
* Reporting and investigating any occurrences of a maintenance nature to the CAA and the aircraft manufacturers, including both Mandatory Occurrences and maintenance findings outside the mandatory scheme.
* Amendment and control of the Continued Airworthiness Management Expositions.
* Review and implementation of any additional regulatory requirements as appropriate.
* Collecting, defining, and checking all technical data necessary to maintain the airworthiness of an aircraft (airworthiness status AD/SB, manufacturer and regulatory documentation).
* Registering and ensuring the daily maintenance of the aircraft’s airworthiness and initiating associated maintenance operations according to regulatory requirements and the approved maintenance program.
* Coordinating with the Part 145 and Voluxis Client Services Manager on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events to be reported back to the aircraft owner/representative.
* Preparing purchase orders and coordinating with the MRO Planner.
* Ensuring a good relationship between Voluxis, the regulator, and the MRO during audits or maintenance visits.
* Performing safety management tasks to comply with Part CAMO and SMAR approvals.
We’re looking for:
* Aviation-based diploma or degree; aircraft type training qualifications would be preferable.
* Previous CAMO experience within Corporate Aviation on Textron, Bombardier, Embraer, and Gulfstream aircraft is preferable.
* Flexibility to the demands of the role.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
