We are a fine food and beverage distributor looking for a Part-Time Telesales & Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.
The Role:
The role will include (in addition to general administrative duties) speaking with new and existing Delicatessen, Foodhall, Garden Centre, and Farm Shop customers providing the highest level of customer service.
General Duties:
* Telephoning businesses and providing information on the products and services we offer
* Update customer contact information into CRM and other back office systems.
* Answer and screen incoming calls
* Take customer telephone/email orders and input into stock management system
* Telephone/email existing customers with monthly promotions
* Follow-up on appointments, brochures sent or trade show leads
Sales Support:
* Manage incoming post and email
* Make up and send out brochures/information
* Update information (including pricing and images) on company websites and ecommerce platforms.
* General Filing
* Limited Travel and accommodation booking (for trade shows)
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working in a business to business environment with a passion for fine food.
* Reliable with good attention to detail
* Be able to work effectively as part of a team
* Have a good level of computer literacy
* Good work ethics, adaptable and willing to assist colleagues.
Full training provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
