Job Description We have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join a warm, friendly and busy department based in Scarborough with free on site parking, casual dress, hybrid working, and an early finish every Friday To be successful in this role you will have experience of working within a customer service or admin based role dealing with customers both over the phone and by email and can see queries from the customer’s point of view always putting the customer first. You should be organised, resilient and driven, whilst being able to multitask and coordinate logistics. Some of the Service Coordinator duties would be: Coordinate service contracts including schedule maintenance, call-outs, and repairs. Act as main contact for customers, handling communication. Arrange work details: engineer access, parts, and equipment. Manage jobs efficiently until invoicing. Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs. Work with the UPS Operations Manager to improve contract efficiency This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:50pm and Fridays 8:30am – 3:10pm, earning a salary of between £24,800-£26,000.
