Job Opportunity: Level 2 Teaching Assistant Positions Available

Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? We're looking for Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join our team in Burnley. Whether you have a Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or equivalent, we want to hear from you!
In these roles, you'll have the opportunity to work with students across all year groups, providing invaluable support to both pupils and teachers.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the students and the curriculum requirements. In upper Key Stage 2, you'll assist with classroom activities, deliver targeted interventions, and provide one-on-one support to students. You'll work closely with teachers to create engaging learning experiences and help students reach their full potential.
In addition to supporting upper Key Stage 2 students, you'll also have the opportunity to work across all year groups, from early years to Key Stage 2. Your role will involve assisting teachers in delivering lessons, facilitating group activities, and providing individualised support to students with varying learning needs. Your flexibility and adaptability will be key as you navigate the diverse needs of students across different age groups and subjects.
Requirements:
1. Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in an educational setting preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards supporting student learning.
4. Desirable: Experience or training in behavior management techniques.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
