Job Title : Gas Installs Contract Manager Location: Coventry Salary : £45,000 - £55,000 per year Benefits : Competitave salary up to £55,000 Van and fuel card supplied Working on large social housing contract Purpose of the Role / Role Overview: Quality boiler installs (both responsive and planned) per client specifications Achievement of client objectives and KPIs Achievement of profit targets Strong relationships with clients and the highest standards of customer care Operational and strategic leadership to ensure high performance and meet business and client expectations Key Responsibilities / General Duties: Reporting & Coordination Cost Management & Financial Oversight Staff Management Quality Control & Compliance Customer Service & Client Relations Fleet Management Contract Management & Development Team Development & Leadership Health, Safety & Environmental Management Reporting & Performance Management Employee Engagement & Retention Meetings & Collaboration Key Skills & Experience Required : Proven experience in managing gas installs or similar technical installations. Strong financial acumen, including cost management and budgeting. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Exceptional customer service and client relationship management abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Qualifications : Gas Safe registered. Relevant certifications and qualifications in the gas industry or related fields. Full, clean driving license.
