Job Summary
We are seeking an Operational Learning Lead to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective learning and development strategies. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the bank to identify knowledge and skills gaps and developing targeted training programs to address these needs.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
2. Design and deliver engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
4. Monitor training program effectiveness and gather feedback from participants.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Operational Learning Lead will contribute to the overall success of our learning and development function by:
* Building relationships with stakeholders to promote awareness and adoption of learning programs.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
* Making recommendations for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our learning function.
