The Role Duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist will include:
* Statement reconciliation to the finance systems
* Processing invoices in a timely and effective manner
* Action any overdue accounts
* Inputting invoices onto the purchase ledger
* Completing weekly account statements
* Preparing payments
* Managing accruals
The Candidate To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
* Experience working in a fast paced AP role
* Extensive understanding of accounts payable processes and controls]
* Proficient excel skills
In return, the successful Accounts Payable Specialist will receive the following:
* Up to £26,000 base salary depending on experience
