Main duties of the job
1. Providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patients' needs.
2. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
3. Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel.
4. Contributing to the planning and implementation of service improvements aligned with Trust objectives.
5. Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices.

Person Specification
Experience
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality care in community or rehabilitation settings.
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
* HCPC registration.
