Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Accounting to join our client's team.
This role is crucial in ensuring accurate payroll processing and effective accounting services.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing:
Collect sort and check and input weekly hours onto the payment system
Export pay and charge data into computerised payroll systems and Sage 50 Accounts.
Produce margin reports using Excel based on payroll data.
Process and submit weekly and monthly payroll, including statutory year-end returns and P60s.
Maintain and update all payroll processes, addressing employee queries with exceptional customer service.
Liaise with Revenue and Customs as required.
Accounts Support:
Conduct sales reconciliations, purchase transactions, and invoice activities.
Manage supplier payments for delivered materials and maintain accurate financial records.
Support administrative functions, including data entry for new starters and leavers.
Administration:
Maintain weekly and monthly payroll records, including changes and bonuses.
Organise and sort hours for reference.
Assist in generating various payroll and reports.
