What will I be doing?
As an Assembly Mechanical Fitter, you'll be responsible for assembling and testing Airbus Single Aisle family nose and forestay, main gears, and side stays, ensuring a high standard of quality for each component, along with FOD compliance.
Job Requirements
What do I need?
You'll have fitting experience from a previous role, ideally in an Aerospace or Automotive environment. We're looking for someone with:
1. A completed Level 3 Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or related.
2. The ability to follow technical drawings, specifications, procedures, and test instructions.
3. A desire to learn and understand basic principles of production flow lines and takt times.
4. Knowledge of COSH and flow line methodologies is ideal but not essential to apply.

Specificity of the Job
You'll work on a regularly rotating shift pattern, covering dayshifts and nightshifts (which include a premium shift payment of 38.5% of your salary). Occasionally, there will be options for working bridging shifts and weekend shifts too.
