We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Team Administrator to join an evolving and inclusive team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Virtual Clinical Care Team.
This post will cover 9.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday and the post holder may be required to travel to various NHFT bases countywide so will need to be able to travel.
The post holder will work alongside an established countywide administration team. They must be flexible and able to use their initiative to organise their own workload dependent on the priorities and requirements at the time. Good organisational ability, strong IT skills and flexibility are essential for this role.
Main duties of the job
This role provides business and service administration support to the Virtual Clinical Care team, always ensuring a focus on quality and delivery.
The post holder will be required to adhere to multiple deadlines with priorities that could change on a regular basis. They will be required to attend locality meetings and liaise closely with the Team Lead.
The post holder will frequently be the first point of contact for key stakeholders within their locality, so will have a high level of communication skills to be able to provide assurance and deliver a positive outcome.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills

* Good level of general education including GCSE English and Mathematics. RSA 2 typing or equivalent.

* Sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook
