Customer Service Manager £45,000 - £52,000 Doncaster - on-site Engineering Sector Client Details Page Group are working with an industry leading Engineering & Manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager at their offices in Doncaster. This role will manage and lead an internal service department, with responsibility for managing and planning engineer diaries Description Lead the internal customer service function delivering technical quotations to customers Responsibility for planning and managing engineer diaries and workloads based of customer needs Proactively plan installation and servicing in line with customer contractual agreements Arrange and manage customer repairs and breakdowns in line with varying customer agreements Use and manage all available resources to meet customer requirements in line with contractual agreements Drive efficiency and profitability around engineer workload including first time fix Manage customer order book liaising with manufacturing and purchasing, checking the progress of customer orders and keeping them informed Profile Experience in a similar service management or customer service management role Experience in an engineering focused environments Experience working with or managing engineers Excellent customer focused approach Ability to managing varying customer contracts Job Offer This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading engineering business at their offices in Doncaster.
