• Manage and validate data for the Emergency Medicine group to ensure adherence to key performance indicators and maintain the groups monitoring documents of these indicators.
• Maintain high data quality standards by ensuring that data entered onto Trust systems is accurate, complete and up to date
• Develop and produce information and performance reports as required.
• Facilitate quality aspects with both clinical and non-clinical teams, by compiling and disseminating information including:
• • Mortality review completion
• Updating of patient information leaflets and clinical guidelines
• Highlighting incomplete e-discharges to the relevant clinicians and supporting with completion
• Supporting with facilitation of clinical audits including proposals, QIPS presentations, and action completion
• Friends and family test responses
• Oversee administrative functions relating to meetings within the group including, but not limited to, QIPS by:• Preparing agendas within the appropriate Trust templates
• Liaising with meeting members for items for inclusion
• Taking accurate attendance
• Recording minutes and actions
• Monitoring and facilitating completion of actions
• Room Bookings
• ICT support (including logging into MS teams and letting people into the group to attend virtually
