Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per Week
Salary: Dependent on Experience
JOB SUMMARY
To work within the research and development team writing and testing software for exciting new digital audio mixing products.
KEY DUTIES
1. Develop software to a high standard.
2. Test, debug, and document code methodically.
3. Develop software features for new and existing products.
Qualifications
Degree or HND in Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent knowledge.
1. C Programming on embedded systems.
2. Ability to read circuit schematics.
3. Experience programming Cortex/ARM/Freescale/PIC processors.
4. Electronic skills at component level (soldering, use of oscilloscopes, etc.).
5. Understanding of serial communications/USB.
6. C++ Programming.
7. Object-Oriented Software analysis and design.
8. Understanding of audio concepts.
9. Some experience or interest in audio.
Disposition
A highly motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team and on self-directed project work. Should be able to use own initiative and enjoy problem-solving. Will have good communication skills, possessing the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels. Must be dedicated with a flexible approach to working hours.
