About the Role: The ISO Standards Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of ISO compliance and certification within Global Switch. The role support adherence to international standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management). This position drives continuous improvement in management systems and fosters a culture of compliance across all business areas. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain management systems in alignment with relevant ISO standards. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements related to ISO standards. Monitor and assess updates to ISO regulations and best practices, adjusting company policies and procedures accordingly. Lead internal audits and coordinate third-party audits to maintain ISO certifications. Provide training and awareness programs to ensure employees understand and comply with ISO management systems. Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices in quality, environmental, security, and health & safety management. Ensure that compliance requirements are well-documented and maintained in line with international standards. Drive ISO 14001 compliance efforts to enhance environmental sustainability. Develop and maintain a roadmap for the continuous improvement of management systems. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in compliance and risk management. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive ISO certification renewals and advancements. Key Requirements Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Security, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001. Proven experience in developing standards adoption strategy including ISO compliance and certification processes. Strong background in conducting internal and external audits. Experience delivering ISO-related training and awareness programs.
