We are delighted to be working with this established business, who have seen some considerable growth over the past 5 years.
They find themselves requiring an Office Administrator who has the ability to stand on their own two feet, whilst being in charge of the organisation and efficiency of daily office operations, you will need to be confident in your communication efforts.
From dealing with initial business enquiries to managing all third party relationships, you will be responsible for everything in between, working in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
* Managing the small office and procedures to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
* Providing administrative support, through production of efficient Excel spreadsheets and organisation
* Creating and managing an electronic filing system
* Taking full responsibility for the social media presence of the company
Experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Previous experience in a similar role
* confident in thinking strategically, whilst growing with the business
* Creating and working to policies and procedures set out
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
