As the business continues to grow, the CRM Manager is seeking a proactive, IT-literate, and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a CRM Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM System Management: Oversee the daily operations of the CRM system, ensuring its smooth functioning and availability to users.
2. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring data integrity and cleanliness. Regularly perform data imports, deduplication, and data quality audits.
3. User Support and Training: Provide support to CRM users, addressing any issues or questions.
4. System Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to the CRM system to enhance efficiency and user experience. Customise the system to meet the specific needs of different departments.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer interactions, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
6. Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between the CRM system and other business applications and tools.
7. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimise CRM-related business processes.
8. Compliance and Security: Ensure the CRM system complies with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data security.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Some experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role. Proven ability in the effective use of Excel, with the aptitude to compile, sort, manipulate, and import/export data. Recent experience in a professional office environment and an interest in the maintenance and application of modern business databases. Full training will be given on the Keyloop CRM database, which is motor trade specific.
