The project\: We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking handover manager to join our established and growing team at Heathrow. Working on refurbishment of passenger areas, works to improve security compliance processes within terminals, MEP refurbishment and projects to extend the serviceability lifespan of existing buildings. Creating, monitoring, and managing all project requirements for asset technical data, to include key delivery documents listed below. Providing guidance and support to project managers of the client’s expectations (employers requirements), assist in the development of the project delivery strategy and systems. Facilitating and manage our suppliers/consultants and where necessary, chair stakeholder reviews. Providing guidance to the supply chain of the client’s expectations (employers requirements), assist in the development of supplier’s competence to ensure a consistent standard of information delivery on our projects. Managing a suite of delivery tools to ensure asset technical data is delivered effectively/timely on each project. Reporting on compliance with the client requirements at project level via key performance indicators Collecting, collating and providing KPI data for the project against asset technical data management objectives and targets. Managing the bringing into sse sign off processes, co-ordinate meetings with stakeholders, organise building control inspections, facilitate familiarisation training for technicians. Obtain signatures for delivered works. Ensuring key supporting documentation is available as stated in the handover deliverables schedule and the bringing into use handover forms. Ensuring all information required has been inserted and the relevant health & safety file sections are completed for commissioning and testing certificates, manufacturers literature, asset codes, project titles, locations and project numbers. Providing maintenance work plans. For the maintenance of equipment, existing work plans checked to see if these are still applicable and if not, a new work plan is written up for safe methodology of future maintenance. You’ll need to have: Relevant degree qualification. Experience working in high risk or other mission critical and logistically challenging environments such as rail and aviation. Experience using Aconex. Digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated construction teams.
