As the Cluster Revenue Manager you will be responsible for supporting Hilton Garden Inn T2 and Holiday Inn Express/Crowne Plaza T4 Heathrow.
The Cluster Revenue manager will manage the inventory of rooms, ensuring that the inventory is allocated and restricted properly in order to maximize total hotel revenues and profits. You will also ensure that all rates, packages, and hotel sales strategy information are built in the hotels inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively review and implement accommodation rates and volume controls on a weekly and monthly basis and oversees the daily inventory control for all segments.
* Chair weekly Strategy meetings where pricing and availability controls are agreed for defined periods.
* Dictate and deploy strategy in line with budget, business need and market conditions. Agrees and regularly reviews all pricing and demand calendars for M&E, rooms and groups as applicable.
* Produce daily pick up reports and once produced, these reports are analysed and any necessary actions taken.
* Produces and reviews month end revenue reports and provides critical analysis on performance versus forecast and results of implemented strategies.
* Use knowledge of local hotel market to produce and maintain hotel rooms forecast. If available use prescribed tools
* Review all competitive shops daily and identifies trends and revenue maximisation opportunities.
* Work effectively with Commercial Team members, Hotels GMs, M&E Diary Team, Head of Sales and Group Commercial team to ensure incremental financial performance (EDBITDAR, REVPar)
Qualifications
* Previous major brand experience in revenue management in a 4/5 star environment is preferred
* Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
* Willing to adapt and change styles as and when necessary
* Ability to introduce change effectively
* Fantastic communicator, consider how actions, objectives, goals and achievements are shared in a timely manner to ensure all key stakeholders are engaged.
* Computer literate & Excellent knowledge of Online Extranets and web tools
* Detail oriented and hands on approach
* Ability to analyse data, make meaningful conclusions and base sound decisions and strategies on these.
* Delivers presentations in a concise and well organised manner in person or via telephone
* Have the desire and ability to improve your knowledge and abilities through on-going training and development
