Job Description Join our dynamic Nature team as a Senior Ecologist in our Leeds/Manchester office. Our team works on large infrastructure projects in energy, water, renewables, defence, and transport, alongside managing smaller local projects and supporting National and International projects. We offer opportunities to engage in innovative survey techniques, project management, and mentorship in Biodiversity Net Gain within a supportive environment with training opportunities. Responsibilities: Actively support team health, safety, and well-being. Prepare high-quality bids and tenders for ecological services. Plan and organize ecological project work, ensuring resource and budget management. Deliver high-quality ecological consultancy and advisory services. Develop solutions to complex ecological issues. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Produce ecology chapters for environmental statements and licenses. Ensure high-quality project deliverables.
