Bid Writer required in London GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in London, who are currently in the market for a Bid Writer to join their pre-construction team. As a main contractor they provide project management services to the Construction industry working on challenging fit out and refurbishment projects in the Healthcare, Aviation and Commercial sectors with project values ranging up to £10m. This is an integral position within the company, it is their job to work with the internal team, and other managers to increase the opportunity in securing future works. Responsibilities of the Bid Writer: Quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations. Ensure all bid documentation is clear, concise and - crucially - compelling. Must understand the business processes and procedures and co-ordinate all parties involved in the bid process to ensure everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and knows when their deadlines are. Ensure all timelines are met and that the bid submitted is as complete and accurate as possible, whilst also best reflecting your company’s services and abilities. Should be highly motivated, innovative, customer focused and have a ‘can do’ attitude. Motivate and inspire others; able to obtain a high level of work from the team to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently and that the bid is of the highest quality possible.
