Position: Wealth Management Administrator
Location: Taunton, Somerset
The annual salary is £25,000 - £26,500 PA. The working hours are 8.45 am – 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Objectives:
1. Deliver high levels of professionalism to provide client service excellence.
2. Communicate and work efficiently with all client enquiries.
3. Pro-actively manage day-to-day tasks; transacting cases onto the system, providing support to consultants and clients throughout the application process.
4. Liaise with providers to deliver a seamless service to clients.
5. Work to FCA approved standards, ensuring work is compliant and within data protection guidelines.
6. Competently use a variety of software packages for data entry and monitoring of the Company client database.
7. Work under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet client expectations.
8. Provide efficient client relations support to consultants through effective and regular communication.
9. Sort and distribute incoming post and organise outgoing post.
10. Efficiently book meeting rooms and conference facilities as needed.
11. Prepare refreshments for client and Company meetings as required.
About You:
1. A high degree of personal motivation and organisational skills.
2. A willingness to undertake exams to further your personal knowledge within the Financial Services industry.
3. Proactive, tenacious, and show initiative at all times.
4. The ability to work closely with other team members and management.
5. A learning mind-set with the ability to receive feedback and implement corrective advice.
6. A high level of professionalism to deliver client service excellence.
7. Strong communication skills; face to face, on the telephone and via email.
8. A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
9. An understanding of compliance & GDPR within financial services.
