Maintenance Worker
Full-time (75 hours per pay period) - Start date: Immediate
Will primarily be based out of Stratford (on-call there) and may assist in New Hamburg as needed.

About the Position:
As part of the maintenance team, you will provide general building maintenance services to Tri-County Mennonite Homes (TCMH) and its divisions. You will work with the maintenance team to keep all TCMH buildings safe, clean, and operating. All team members will be compensated for on-call and after-hours work.
Wage: $22.01-25.33
Qualifications:
Experience:
• Previous general maintenance experience in an institutional setting is preferred, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques;
* Available to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis (4-week rotation);
* Basic knowledge of general repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and equipment servicing;
* Ability to work as a team member and independently;
* Computer literacy;
* Ability to assess situations and make judgments regarding work to be completed;
* Interact with sub-trades and suppliers as required.
