Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver dynamic and effective maths lessons.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
3. Encourage and support students in developing their mathematical skills and confidence.
4. Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the maths curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements:
1. A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
2. Proven experience in teaching maths at the secondary school level.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong classroom management abilities.
5. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
