Job Title: HR Onboarding Assistant

Location: Birchwood - Hybrid
An opportunity has come up to join a well established business in Birchwood on a 12 month fixed term contract as a HR onboarding assistant.
What does the role involve?
* Collating all relevant information from new starters
* Liaising with line managers to ensure all details are correct
* Producing contracts and other associated documents, including change of Terms and Conditions.
* Chasing and collecting employee references.
* Maintaining clear and accurate records of all open cases
* Navigation the HR/Payroll system to input the required data.
* communicate effectively with the payroll and benefits departments.
* inductions with new members of staff
* Ownership of thhe right to work documents provided by retail staff and actioning if required.
