Are you an experienced Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager looking to lead high-profile, multi-million-pound projects? Join our dynamic team at a leading M&E contractor based in Telford. We specialize in delivering prestigious projects across the Midlands, including high-end residential developments, luxury hotels, and state-of-the-art student accommodation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of these complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the mechanical contracts for large-scale projects, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Lead the project lifecycle from inception through to completion, including planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
* Monitor project progress, conduct regular site visits, and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager, with a strong background in managing multi-million-pound projects, particularly in high-end residential, hotel, or student accommodation sectors.
* Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and installation practices, with a focus on large-scale projects.
* Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage and motivate large teams.
