Your main responsibilities will include completing pre-planned maintenance work to a high standard and efficiently addressing any reactive tasks across the portfolio within specified service level agreements.
Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the court buildings and providing a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities
1. Complies with all applicable Codes, Regulations, and Company Policies related to building operations and work safety
2. Works safely and in accordance to HSE guidance
3. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair
4. Working on the customer CAFM system to receive and complete jobs
5. Work as an effective Team with other Engineers
6. Understand customer service and satisfaction
7. Make recommendations to Management and customer on ways to enhance service delivery
8. Be available and work on a call out rota
9. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, welder torch, vacuum pump, test equipment utilised in the trade and motor vehicle; maintain equipment in effective and safe working condition; maintain parts and tool inventory
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
10. Secondary education, high school graduate
11. Minimum C & G craft qualification in core trade is preferable with 2 years post apprenticeship experience as Joiner, Carpenter, Plasterer, Roofer, Floorer and mechanical
12. Act As Mechanical AP
13. Health and Safety Training in relevant areas
14. Must understand how things work (facility-related)
15. Must be able to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all employees, contractors, and vendors
16. Initiative-taker and collaborator
17. Ability to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks
18. Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
19. Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools
20. Ability to explore a situation, assess and offer different options to formulate a plan that meets or exceeds objectives and expectations
21. Driving License
