Salary: 28,000 - 45,000 GBP per year Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in an IT or Product Ownership role, and exceptional stakeholder management skills given the global nature of this position.

* Significant experience liaising with stakeholders to understand needs, propose solutions, and translate these for other members of the Squad.
* Excellent management skills including organizing work and resources, planning and setting priorities, delegating effectively, and timely monitoring and performance management.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
* Experience as a Manager/Team Leader working with global, geographically dispersed development teams across the full software development lifecycle, or significant experience within IT & Product Ownership.
* Experience in technical mentoring of POs with a track record of maximizing the individual potential of team members.
* A curious and continuous learner who investigates, interprets, and grasps new concepts.
Responsibilities:
* As our Product Owner Practice Lead, you will drive the delivery of high-quality solutions and will be accountable for all aspects of the software development process across a portfolio of applications and supporting frameworks. You will be responsible for the PO practice, ensuring that Product Roadmaps are translated into functional backlogs that align with the business vision and market needs.
* Some key responsibilities include:
* Facilitating the team in delivering high-quality solutions that are stable, resilient, compliant with security and architectural standards, and developed according to the software development methodology.
* Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to shape new services and products that transcend business and regional boundaries.
* Managing individual and team performance to meet objectives through goal setting, regular feedback, coaching, and following the appraisal process.
* Focusing on innovation, quality, and productivity to uplift delivery capability.
* Ensuring the team has the talent it needs to reach its goals by identifying and nurturing potential, while providing a supportive and challenging environment for staff to learn and develop.
