Job Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Rail business for an ambitious, talented, and experienced PA.
The PA will provide a flexible, confidential, and efficient service to the Managing Director & Commercial Director, supporting the senior team by undertaking a wide range of complex tasks. The PA should be skilled in preparing documentation, taking minutes, managing stakeholder engagement, and handling secretarial duties including diary management and travel arrangements. Organisation and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be an expert user of Microsoft Office packages
* Proactively ensure the senior team are prepared and briefed for engagements
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow issues through to resolution
* Have experience working with senior management
* Handle internal and external contacts with tact, judgment, and discretion in a high-pressure environment
* Have demonstrable experience in an administration, executive assistant, or PA role
