Content Writer/Creator
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires a Content Writer/Creator to be based in their client's office. This is a hybrid role and you will be able to work some days remotely. This is a 6-Month temporary contract to start ASAP.
Day rate: Competitive Market rate
Key Responsibilities
1. Review customer correspondence through multiple channels (Portal contents, Email, Letters, Reports, Statements, Secure messages, etc.) and correct the sentences to meet context, UK pensions regulatory and statutory requirements, and British English standards.
2. Create content suitable for the context of the correspondence or portal screens.
3. Review layouts, aesthetics, look and feel, suitability of images in portal screens, and suggest other improvements in the correspondence.
Key Requirements
1. Experience in content development.
2. Experience in the Financial services industry.
3. UK-specific business communication skills in British English.
4. Pensions industry experience with regulatory statutory content knowledge.
5. Experience in web content creation for public portals and mobile user interfaces.
6. Experience in user support video creation for portal navigation.
7. Good communication skills, creativity, and proficiency in British English.
