The Deputy Manager is an exciting opportunity to help:
1. Drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer service and building a client business.
2. People management and coaching to deliver the above.
3. Maximise store efficiency through operations management.
What you’ll do
Driving Sales
1. Drive and exceed the sales budget.
2. Develop and implement an action orientated business plan for your location.
3. Responsible for monitoring and driving store and team KPIs to ensure all opportunities for further growth and improvement are maximised.
4. Be a brand ambassador, setting the standard for exceptional customer experience and ensuring the same consistency in approach through your sales team.
5. Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Monica Vinader company guidelines to drive repeat business, setting the example for your team to follow.
6. Network to build and maintain key relationships with corporate and local clients to support HQ team with a program of revenue driving events.
Building a Strong Team
1. Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team, and support with ongoing coaching and training to deliver these.
2. Coach and develop your team through feedback and regular performance reviews to help them develop their career.
3. Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures, escalating issues as they arise.
4. Support the recruitment process, interviewing candidates and compile feedback from trial shifts.
5. Implement approved brand and product training program across your team to ensure consistent and effective styling advice and inspiration to all customers.
Delivering Efficiency
1. Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard ensuring your location is clean and represents the brand at all times.
2. Ensure in store experience is in line with the guidelines and Brand standard.
3. Maintain an accurate stock file, completing regular stock counts accurately and on time, reporting any issues.
4. Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling through regular training of your team.
5. Ensure the appropriate processing of in-store services (including engraving, and aftercare) through regular training of your team.

3. People management skills and an ability to deal with escalations effectively.
4. Commercial awareness with a track record of improving sales, KPIs and driving targets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment with a flexible approach.
7. Organised with an ability to produce quality work within deadlines.

Additional Requirements
Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
Travel Requirements
Travel to our other Boutiques and Concessions may be required.
