Graphic Designer
Location: Remote Based (with some travel to occasional meetings)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, car/car allowance,

As our Graphic Designer you will be highly creative and results-oriented with expertise in producing compelling visual presentations using PowerPoint. With a proven ability to translate complex bid and proposal information into engaging and persuasive designs that align with brand guidelines and client expectations, you will be adept at collaborating with bid teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, deadline-driven deliverables.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
Manage briefs from concept through to completion, ensuring it meets the required deadlines, and the agreed criteria and style set out
Respond to a variety of design requests digital and print including: brochures, presentations, proposals and other duties as required for Bid Management
Transform complex bid and proposal information into visually engaging PowerPoint proposals and presentations that effectively communicate key messages and value propositions
Collaborate closely with bid managers and subject matter experts to understand proposal requirements, gather content, and translate technical or complex information into clear, persuasive visuals
Manage design for multiple bid proposals simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting strict deadlines
Contribute to the development of winning proposals through innovative design solutions and meticulous attention to detail
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity standards across all proposal materials
About You
We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!
Expert in PowerPoint - all our customer, bid and sales presentations been produced in this application - and proficient in other Microsoft Office applications such as word
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, in particular: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Graduate or equivalent calibre individual that has studied design
Experience with web design and interface design
A portfolio of impressive design – please share a link with us when you apply
Experience designing logos and layouts for digital media and print
Ability to work under pressure and challenging deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team with writers, printers and SME’s to deliver end products
Strong communication skills
Ability to deal with change
Energy and passion
Advantageous to have worked within logistics OR within a tendering / bids team
