The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality and responsive recruitment service to a range of stakeholders. You will also provide expert advice on recruitment processes and procedures.
The role will report to the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead). We value work-life balance and welcome applications for flexible and hybrid working.

The post-holder will monitor the work of the HR & OD Assistants to ensure the workload is evenly distributed and carried out to a high standard in line with policies and procedures.

· To supervise a team of HR and OD Assistants
· To support the Trust’s HR and OD team to provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient ‘front of house’ service to the HR and OD Department.
· To support the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead) to lead and improve the Trust’s recruitment service.
· To ensure a comprehensive administration and support service is provided to the HR, OD, EDI and Health and Wellbeing team/s.
