1st Line Service Desk Engineer
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Provide front-line technical support to end-users.
2. Collaborate with the service desk team to resolve issues promptly.
3. Assist in the creation and development of technical documentation.
4. Maintain and support existing IT infrastructure and networks.
Tech Stack:
1. Windows Server
2. Office 365
3. Networking (Routers/Switches)
4. VMWare and/or Hyper-V
5. Hardware support
