My client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Claims Handler to join an existing dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing your allocation of insurance claims efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
You will handle incoming calls, update clients on claim progress, and ensure all case files are maintained in accordance with company procedures.

Plan and coordinate routes for claims handling nationwide.
Regularly update and maintain client portals to ensure real-time access to claim statuses.
Liaise with internal departments, insurance companies and loss adjusters to ensure efficient claim resolution.
