TELEPHONE AGENTS - COLLECTION
Location: Skipton, Sheffield, Leeds
Salary: Basic salary of up to £26,000 (depending on experience) plus a monthly bonus based on your performance, giving you a realistic earning potential of £30,000+ per year.
You will be responsible for:
1. Making and receiving telephone calls from businesses and individuals to recover outstanding debts.
2. Handling difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner with customers over the telephone.
3. Entering accurate records of conversations and payment agreements into a customer database.
4. Following processes and guidelines regarding debt collection.
5. Working in an open plan contact centre environment - achieving personal and team targets.
6. Accurately entering customer payment details into our systems.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in a call centre or credit control type role.
2. Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal.
3. Comfortable working to targets.
4. Strong IT skills.
5. Willing to make outgoing telephone calls to customers.
6. Problem-solving abilities.
