Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: Produce all items of a culinary nature to the standard required, as laid down by the Executive Chef. To work in a supportive manner to the person responsible for a relevant section CANDIDATE PROFILE Effectively manage the relevant section and ensure it operates in the best productive manner. Ensure that all food is served in a consistent manner following the guidelines and recipes laid down. Ensure that there is a good communication process with the commis chefs and that they have a high level of understanding. Ensure that all foods handled within the section are handled in a hygienic manner To ensure that they comply with all current health safety and hygiene legislation Four years experience in a similar standard of establishment.
