Your Career
Take on the role of Alliance Partner Sales Lead at MHR, where you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies for named Alliance Partner accounts. This role will see you responsible for driving sales performance through the channel, including strategies for new business and customer cross-sells across all sectors. You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of account activities, ensuring consistent revenue growth and maximising the potential of the partner account base. Your Team
As a key member of the Sales team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales (HOS) and internal stakeholders to develop and implement the Alliance sales strategy. You will work with Sales Enablement to ensure the Alliance Partner message resonates across all sales groups. The dynamic and results-driven team will rely on your leadership to ensure that all activities align with MHR’s overarching strategic goals, making collaboration, adaptability, and communication critical to your success.

Through your work with Alliance Partners, you’ll contribute to the overall sales strategy, promoting higher value and share of wallet. Your ability to forecast revenue accurately and identify new market opportunities will be key to MHR’s continued success and expansion in new and existing markets.
Responsibilities
* Manage and execute the development and execution of sales strategies for named Alliance Partner accounts.
* Drive sales performance and ensure revenue growth through the channel, focusing on new business and customer cross-sells.
* Work alongside the Head of Alliance Sales to deliver the Alliance sales strategy, ensuring MHR covers all segments and markets.
* Accurately forecast all expected revenues from the Alliance Partner Channel.
* Promote increased market share and value for MHR in line with the strategic goals.
* Identify future market participation and potential strategic alliances.
* Collaborate with Sales Enablement to deliver the Alliance Partner message to sales groups effectively.
* Identify, plan, and execute sales opportunities in alignment with the company’s sales strategy.
* Assist the MHR Sales and Customer Relationship teams to expand Alliance sales and drive results.
* Stay informed of emerging business trends and collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate Alliance opportunities in the GTM strategy across sales teams.
